Whether you are undertaking your first project or have undertaken many projects in the past, Mitchell Price can assist you. All projects or instructions are directly overseen by a director who takes responsibility for being your main point of contact and who has a hands on approach to seeing through the works.
We will agree a brief/scope of services. This will identify the logic/strategic reasons for the project along with initial timelines and potential costs. Having established the brief we can then develop and agree project objectives and identify the requirement for any additional project team members/resources. We will ensure at the outset that you are walked through the various key stages of the project from design to tendering to construction, right through to handover and post occupation reviews.
We work on a range of projects, throughout the UK, of varying complexity and size. On some projects we act solely on behalf of the clients looking to undertake straightforward small or medium sized projects. On other larger and more complex projects we often act as lead consultant, working alongside other professionals that are either appointed by the client or companies that we can recommend, for example Architects; Planning Consultants; Engineers and other specialists as required to build a project team that will meet the requirements of the project.
