De Beers are an internationally known diamond house and decided to extend their activities into the retail sector by teaming up with the Louis Vuitton brand and opening a number of top quality boutiques in major centres around the world. The first of these was to be in London.

When we were approached by De Beers, they had already assembled a design team on the advice of their Italian architect but they appointed us to act as their representative in project meetings and to advise them on appropriate courses of action when presented with options by the design team. We also advised them of the status of the project in terms of risk to cost or time, so they were aware of potential problems in those areas.
